This coffee table style book may be mini in size, but is majorly entertaining. Equal parts ridiculousness and obsession, the book introduces a cast of well known male (and female) celebrity crushes. Who would you choose as your fake significant other? The book is sure to help you decide.
The book describes it perfectly, “There is something subjective about fandom.” In that vein, the author has collected a diverse range of famous men and women to feature. From Keanu Reeves to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Laura Dern, these celebrities all have major star power and this book does a deep dive on why the majority of people love them!
Reading this book is like a mix between “Tiger Beat” and “People” magazine.
I am definitely not the target audience for this book. I rarely watch TV and obviously haven’t been to the movies in ages. With that being said, I can totally see the appeal of this book and it would make a great addition to any 20 something’s coffee table. This conversation starter is sure to stir up a heated discussion about celebrity favorites and why we love them.
