“100 Cookies” Baking Book Preview!

As a member of NetGalley, I’ve been fortunate enough to receive a free advanced reader’s copy of the upcoming new release baking book “100 Cookies” by Sarah Kieffer in exchange for an honest review. The author of the famous Vanilla Bean Blog is now serving up delicious recipes for classic cookies, brownies, dessert bars, homemade ice cream and more!

This upcoming baking book which is set to be published in August 2020 looks simply scrumptious. With drool worthy pictures and recipes adorning the pages, picking up this book is a no brainer! I am so excited to have an early copy and I’ll be spending the next few months making various desserts using recipes from “100 Cookies!”

I have started by tackling some cookies from the classics section in the beginning of the book. The first ones I tried were the Chocolate Sugar Cookies which were big, soft and delicious! 

 After the success of the first round of cookies, I am looking forward to spending some more time in the kitchen. Next up in the queue are: snickerdoodles, shortbread and brown butter chocolate chip.
